I don't know what it was about that combination, but it worked pretty well. I milk this thing like a teat and since the menthol makes it slide deep on down (big inhales) I really get a rather big dose. I switched from medium to low and its just like smoking lights vs reds. You smoke thrice as often. A word of advice though one flavors use one atomizer for one flavor. That crap don't mix and match very well and you get some awful tastes. I thought one of my atomizers was going bad but it was just a very bad combo. Like ketchup on popcorn.... The crap lingers for a good day or until you give it a good cleaning and I have yet to notice a positive combination. For all the trouble and glitches these things have I have not had a SINGLE real cigarette in almost 8 weeks- though if something were to happen to my ecig I would go e-nsane. Put it down, set it aside, drop it in your pocket. If it is in your hand, you WILL smoke it. Another tip is to turn it wrong way around in your hand between puffs. This is a visual cue and reminder to yourself not to treat this like a regular cigarette. Eventually you will make the behavioral adjustment to the new experience.
